SnowBall™Lite: The system is based on a rewind architecture which obliges the waste to rewind on a fixed point, to create a stable and reliable build-up of a “snow-ball” of waste matrix. The system includes : waste rewind stripping device, on linear horizontal guides, (includes rewind motors) pressure pneumatic cylinder and pneumatic shaft. Maximum waste reel diameter mm. 700.
LaserSet™ Pre-register system through the use of a laser pointer which guides the operator to the correct angular position of the print cylinder as indicated by the local touch screen panel.
The use of this feature requires print cylinders with numbered ring.
