Data protection is of a particularly high priority for the management of Pressdepo.com. The
use of the Internet pages of Pressdepo.com is possible without any indication of personal
data; however, if a data subject wants to use special enterprise services via our website,

Dains, as a Data Controller, is bound by the requirements of the General Data Protection

an enquiry, signing up for an event, filling in a survey, giving feedback etc. Website usage

Analytics – eg how visitors use our website
We use Google Analytics to store information about how visitors use our website so that we

An IP or Internet Protocol Address is a unique numerical address assigned to a computer as it
logs on to the internet. Pressdepo.com do not have access to any personal identifiable
information and we would never seek this information. Your IP address is logged when visiting
our site, but our analytic software only uses this information to track how many visitors we
have from particular regions.
Internet Based Advertising
We use Facebook and Twitter advertising services and as such there are tracking codes
installed on our website so that we can manage the effectiveness of these campaigns. We do
not store any personal data within this type of tracking.
Subscription to our newsletters and Autonotify
On the website of Pressdepo.com, users are given the opportunity to subscribe to our
newsletter. The input mask used for this purpose determines what personal data are
transmitted, as well as when the newsletter is ordered from the controller.
Pressdepo.com informs its customers and business partners regularly by means of a newsletter
about some offers. The enterprise’s newsletter may only be received by the data subject if
(1) the data subject has a valid e-mail address and
(2) the data subject registers for the newsletter. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address registered by a data subject for the first time for newsletter shipping, for legal reasons, in the double opt-in
procedure. This confirmation e-mail is used to prove whether the owner of the e-mail address
as the data subject is authorized to receive the newsletter.

Services you have requested from us, detailed in your Letter of Engagement and supporting
Schedules and as we have identified above. We will only use this information subject to your
instructions, data protection law and our duty of confidentiality.
Our work for you may require us to pass your information to our third-party service
providers, agents, subcontractors and other associated organisations for the purposes of
completing tasks and providing the Services to you on our behalf. However, when we use third
party service providers, we disclose only the personal information that is necessary to
deliver the Services and we have contracts in place that requires them to keep your
information secure and not to use it for their own direct marketing purposes.
We collect information on our website to process your enquiry, deal with your event
registration, give advice based on survey data and improve our services. If you agree, we
