Ads displaying products other than printing machines will be deleted without notice and without a refund. It is the seller's responsibility to provide truthful, honest information about the product and to show the full cash price including GST. Sellers must correct or delete misleading or incorrect information upon request. Failure to do so may result in Pressdepo.com modifying or deleting the ad without notice and without a refund. Ad content cannot be changed to advertise another product during the paid advertising period without our permission.

AD LISTING PROCEDURE

For Dealers, each 'machine ad' must display only one item for sale with its details and contact information. Users agree to maintain a high-quality presentation of their product, conforming to Pressdepo.com's ad layout. This includes good photo quality, sufficient information, and correct contact details in their respective fields. We reserve the right to edit ads that do not meet our standards or contain misleading information. For privacy details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

FUNCTIONALITY AND AVAILABILITY

The website is hosted on an International Dedicated Server. We strive to keep the website operational 24 hours a day, and to restore services promptly in case of malfunctions. Scheduled maintenance may cause service interruptions.

BACKUP OF CONTENT

Pressdepo.com regularly backs up data for disaster recovery. In the event of equipment failure or data corruption, we will restore from the last good archive. If all archives are corrupted or an old archive is used, you may need to re-upload your ad. We are not liable for incomplete, outdated, or deficient data recovered from backups.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services, nor immunity from external intrusions, viruses, or unauthorized access. Use of our software is at your sole risk. PAYMENT, PRICING, REFUNDS, AND TERMINATION

Payments for Dealers machines ads are processed using SSL encryption via our Merchant Gateway STRIPE. Dealers with insufficient history or questionable pricing practices will be delisted without refund.

Prices are subject to change without notice. All payments are final, with refunds issued only in case of system error.

Non-compliance with these Terms & Conditions or interference with website functionality may result in ad termination without prior notice or refund.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions. Continued use of the website signifies acceptance of these changes.

DEALERS

Dealer accounts with user complaints or unreliable reviews will be deleted immediately without notice or refund.

BUYERS

Be cautious of unusually cheap offers. Verify the seller's company address, VAT, and telephone number. Always visit the seller's office and test the machine before purchasing.

Pressdepo.com is an advertising portal; we do not sell machines. All subsequent communication is between you and the seller, without any added charges or commission from us.

UNSUBSCRIBE
