For the front foredge cutting of perfect bound and thread sewn soft cover books with upper lower flaps.
Can be integrated in or off-line, and used either before or after the three knife trimmer 4th cut and when not in use
the unit can be simply used as a conveyor.
Very quick size change of approx. 3 mins through simple keying in of book parameters.
Separating of the folded-in covers from the book block without use of vacuum or suckers avoids
any damage or marking of the book.
Front trim using a carbide knife against a plastic cutting stick.
Motorised delivery table.
Single button push transforms the unit into a regular conveyor belt so no divert or extra conveyor necessary.
